This website, pathwaysignaturecare.com, is operated by Pathway Signature Care ("we," "us," or "our"), a new private-pay, nonmedical home care business based at 18952 MacArthur Boulevard, Suite 100, Irvine, California 92612. We are preparing to apply for California Home Care Organization licensure and are not yet providing services or accepting clients.
This policy explains what information we collect through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
Information you give us. When you complete our Request Information form or Caregiver Interest form, we collect what you enter, which may include:
- Your name, email address, phone number, and city
- Who care would be for and the services you are interested in
- For caregivers: years of experience and Registered Home Care Aide status
- Your consent to be contacted and the date and time you submitted the form
Please do not send medical diagnoses, medications, or other health information through this website. We will discuss care needs privately during a consultation.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically records basic technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, the pages you request, and the date and time. This information is used to deliver the website, keep it secure, and prevent spam. We do not use advertising cookies, analytics trackers, or social media pixels on this website.
Fonts. Our pages load typefaces from Google Fonts. When your browser requests a font, Google receives your IP address and browser information as part of that request.
How we use your information

- To maintain an interest list and notify you when we are authorized to begin providing care
- To protect the website and our forms from spam and misuse

How long we keep information
We keep interest list and caregiver interest submissions for as long as needed to respond to you and to contact you as we prepare to open, and no longer than 24 months unless you become a client or employee, or the law requires us to keep them longer. You can ask us to delete your submission at any time.
How we protect information
This website uses HTTPS encryption, so information you submit is encrypted while it travels to our host. Access to form submissions is limited to authorized members of our team. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
Your choices and California privacy rights
You may ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, and you may withdraw your consent to be contacted. To make a request, write to us at the address below or submit the Request Information form with your request in the message box. We will not discriminate against you for making a request.
Do Not Track. Our website does not track visitors across other websites, so it does not respond differently to browser "Do Not Track" signals.
Children
This website is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child has submitted information, please contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our business develops, including when we begin providing services. We will post the updated policy on this page and change the date at the top.
